You explicitly understand and agree that:

• You will not distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any third-party copyrighted content downloaded using this tool.

VidSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website or browser extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future modifications to third-party streaming websites.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use VidSnap to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of any video platform, or to spam our backend APIs (maximum requests are monitored and restricted via rate limit controls).

5. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue VidSnap at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, in compliance with hosting provider rules, legal guidelines, and Chrome Web Store policies.
